Weekend cooking

Can you believe that I actually cooked dinner for two consecutive Sundays? Hmmm... I didn't even think I would that hardworking. But we were at the supermart, and the husband mentioned he wanted to eat xiao bai cai. So we ended up planning for dinner for 3, including BT, who is always the unwilling guinea pig for my cooking. Haha.

Menu for the day :

- stir-fried xiao bai cai (veg)
- eggs with chye poh
- potatoes + carrots + luncheon meat cubes (a favourite dish of ours which grandma used to cook every other day when we were little)
- yellow cucumber (老黄瓜) soup (not in pic... and not so successful, but still drinkable)
